Hello! This is Luis from Spain.
I'm interested in Gregorio Martinez Sierra (1881-1947), a spanish dramatist, in "public domain", but there's some books not in Full-view ("Hathi Trust", University of California)

"Amanecer/ Las Golondrinas/ El Ideal" (1921)

As to why you're geolocked, I have an easy answer: it doesn't enter public domain until 2018 across most of Europe, and in your country's case, 2028. 70 p.m.a. normally, but 80 in Spain. (Sierra died before 1987.)
